Magic Lantern Slide: Cat Study No. 4 (slide)

This lantern slide is another image from his Joy of Life mini collection, this is in his larger collection from the 19th to 20th century. This was donated to the museum in 1977 and presents a friendly feline in a sitting position.

William Weaver Baker was a keen local amateur photographer and his collection of lantern slides offer a rare glimpse of Exeter and the surrounding area in the early twentieth century.
