Leaf-shaped arrowhead
- Description
- This leaf-shaped arrowhead was found at the Neolithic site at Hembury in Devon. Arrowheads were used for hunting and warfare and replaced the microliths that were used in the previous Mesolithic period. This example seems to have been broken whilst being made or used.
