Sea urchin
- Description
- Little is known about this fossil sea urchin. It is similar to a modern ‘sea biscuit’. At some point in its history the fossil fractured along natural joins in the urchin’s shell. They fit back together perfectly. When separated they reveal the urchin’s insides.
