Figurine of Mercury

Description
This figurine shows the Roman god Mercury, wearing a winged hat and a cloak. The figurine was in the collection of ancient objects belonging to a Devon-based collector, who believed this figurine was found in Egypt. The collector, Lt Col LAD Montague, donated over 800 artefacts to the museum.
