Model of De Havilland Mosquito aircraft

A Corgi 1:72 scale model of the famous De Havilland Mosquito aircraft. The model depicts aircraft TT35, RAF No 3 Civilian Anti-Aircraft Co-operation Unit CAACU, Exeter 1963. This plane flew from Exeter Airport and was the last example of this famous aircraft to be in service with RAF. The CAACU used civilian pilots but was equipped by the Air Ministry, it’s purpose was to tow targets for land-based guns. The aircraft was made in 1945 and since 1988 has been at the Cosford Aerospace Museum.
