Order of The Legion of Honour

Description
This French medal, or order, was awarded to Sir Claude Arthur Bray. He was an officer and paymaster who served in Afghanistan in 1880, South Africa in 1899-1901 and during the First World War was paymaster-in-chief. He died in Dawlish in 1934 and bequeathed his personal medals and orders to this museum.
