At the beginning of November 2016, RAMM was visited by two scholars. Their presence was part of the Designation-funded Africa project to explore a sizeable collection of museum objects from South Africa.
Designated Collection
Dr. Zachary Kingdon spent four days at RAMM last week examining a small number of items from Central and West Africa.
In 2014, RAMM successfully received £89,900 from the Designation Development Fund for a project called Discovering Worlds. It is a wonderful opportunity to show the fine collection of objects from the Pacific Islands.
